However, we are happy to schedule an appointment at your convenience to walk through your facility or place of business with your company representative and give a free, no-obligation estimate. ▼ Do you have a cancellation policy?We strive to maintain long-term relationships with all of our clients. However, we understand there may be certain circumstances where that is not possible to continue. In that case, a customer may elect to cancel the services with a 15-day written notice for any cause and without any type of penalty.

Please note that our standard cleaning contracts do not include consumable paper supplies for client use, such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, and other products, unless arranged beforehand. If you'd like to add paper products to your monthly janitorial contract, we will gladly talk with you about your options.

▼ Do you offer janitorial supply and delivery?Yes, we offer janitorial supplies and delivery of consumable paper supplies such as toilet paper, c-folds, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, toilet seat covers, urinal scented screens, paper cups, air freshener, and other similar products.
We also offer FREE delivery to existing clients.

▼ Who do I call if there is an issue?There is an assigned quality control manager and cleaning supervisor assigned to each client. Direct lines of communication and contact information are provided during the start-up phase. There is always someone available to take calls, texts, and reply to emails. We directly handle any requests, questions, issues, or concerns. Our quality control program is among the best in the industry.

▼ How do I relay cleaning questions/concerns or requests to the cleaners?We leave a janitorial log book in each client location for clients to leave cleaning notes. The cleaners check the log book when starting each clean and will write notes back acknowledging receipt of the concern, question, or request.
Clients will also have personal contact cell phone numbers for the quality control team that client can contact by phone or text to contact for any questions, concerns, requests, etc. For any questions or issues no matter how big or small they are, our cleaners and quality control team will address it directly. -
▼ What separates you from the larger franchise cleaning companies?Being independently owned has many advantages over franchise
companies. The first is we can fully customize a cleaning program to
fit any business's budget. Being independently owned gives us 100
percent flexibility to meet our clients' needs. Most franchises can
not offer this because they have many rules and regulations in place
from the franchisor that they must follow.
The 2nd advantage we have is we do not subcontract out our clients
facilities to other companies. Most national franchise companies are
in essence nothing more than a glorified billing company. They go
after volume jobs and will subcontract all of their clients out to
smaller cleaning companies local to that area that the client is in.

The 3rd advantage we have over national franchise companies is that we
have direct lines of communication with all of our clients. With
national companies the client will have to go through many channels
just to get to the right person and messages passed down through
multiple people often get mixed up or never even make it back to the
actual people that are cleaning your business/office.
Another advantage we have is our range of services are much wider than
a franchise company. We offer a 1 stop shop, including floor strip and
wax, carpet shampoo, floor buffing, window washing, porter services,
housekeeping services, janitorial supply and free delivery to existing
customers. And more!
Last but certainly not least, we have one of the best quality control
programs in the industry. We send out quality control managers during
business hours to check on the quality of the cleaning being done, and
speak directly with the clients to ensure consistency with the quality
of the cleaning. They also address any issues that may arise and
answer any questions. Franchise and national companies rarely offer
quality control because as mentioned above, almost all of them
subcontract the job out to other smaller local area cleaning
businesses. We know this because we often get calls from larger
national franchise companies looking to hire us to subcontract out
jobs in New Jersey.
